The Whisky Blended Kensei is born from the skillful combination of different selections of distillates from fine distilleries, masterfully united to offer balance and an elegant character. Produced with a blend of malt and grain whisky, this blend stands out for the cleanliness and finesse of its aromatic profile.
The production area is Japan, famous for its innovative tradition in whisky distillation. The aging takes place in oak barrels, which give Kensei pleasant notes of vanilla, honey, and a slightly spicy hint, accompanied by fruity nuances and a slightly smoky touch.
On the palate, it is soft and harmonious, with a persistent and enveloping finish. It pairs perfectly with fish dishes, sushi, or even light cigars, ideal for a moment of refined relaxation. A whisky that embodies the balance between Japanese tradition and innovation.
