Whisky D.Laing's Double Barrel Lowland & Speyside is a fascinating blend that combines the finesse and delicacy of the Lowlands with the rich aromas of Speyside, two of the most renowned Scottish regions. Thanks to this double aging in selected barrels, the spirit offers a harmonious balance between fresh floral notes and more complex hints of ripe fruit and vanilla. On the nose, fragrances of honey, green apple, and a hint of sweet spices are perceived; on the palate, the smoothness blends with a slight persistence that recalls toasted almonds and orange peel. The finish is long and velvety, with a pleasant trace of wood that gives character without weighing down. Ideal to sip neat or with a splash of water, this whisky pairs perfectly with dried fruit-based desserts or aged cheeses, enhancing its gourmet nuances. A sensory journey through historic territories and artisanal traditions, enclosed in every sip.
