Signet nasce da una fusione di ingredienti unici e rari, la cui ricetta è tutt'oggi segreta, invecchiati nelle migliori botti e comprende single malt invecchiati 30 anni. Nel 2016 è stato eletto whisky dell'anno all'International Whisky Competition.
Al calice si presenta con un colore giallo ambrato scuro. All'olfatto è molto aromatico, i fragranti sentori di cacao e caffè espresso, si fondono agli aromi agrumati d'arancia candita e a sentori di sherry.
Il sorso è ricco, dolce e avvolgente; gli aromi speziati che inebriano l'olfatto conquistano anche il palato. Le note di cacao, caffè amaro e arancia accompagnano il sorso fino al finale, quando gradualmente si evolve ad un gusto secco e fruttato con la prevalenza di sentori balsamici alla menta.
