The Whisky Heritage Hunter by Waterford embodies the essence of the Irish terroir, the result of a careful selection of barleys grown in small plots. This single malt is born from a refined distillation process, which respects traditional craftsmanship combined with modern innovations, allowing the peculiarities of the territory to be expressed at their best.

The aging takes place in oak barrels, some of which were previously used for bourbon and sherry, thus imparting complexity and depth to the product. On the nose, it opens with fragrant notes of cereals, ripe melon, and an elegant spicy nuance. On the palate, the character is enveloping, with a harmonious balance between the sweetness of honey, hints of vanilla, and a light earthy touch reminiscent of the damp underbrush typical of Irish rural areas.

Ideal to be enjoyed neat or with a splash of water, Heritage Hunter pairs perfectly with smoked meat dishes, aged cheeses, or desserts based on dried fruit. A whisky that invites you to discover the richness of the flavors of a unique territory, respecting its roots and celebrating its innovation.
