On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet with notes of honey, candied orange, and a slight touch of incense. Its aromatic palette extends to the palate with flavors of white chocolate, rose, and lychee, culminating in a long and gratifying finish with sweet oak accents.
Presented in a refined bottle design and packaged in an exclusive gift box, Hibiki Suntory Japan Harmony makes a perfect gift for whisky enthusiasts. Distillation
For the whiskies: distillation takes place both in single malt stills and in grain distillation plants (later used in blends). For Roku: botanicals are distilled separately to preserve aromatic profiles; blending/assembly practices are used for blended ranges such as Hibiki.
Ageing
Suntory whiskies are matured in several types of casks and then blended; some expressions are finished or aged in different cask types to achieve characteristic complexity and aromas.
