Il Whisky Pure Malt Mount Hermon Porter Brew is born in the picturesque area of the Levant Highlands, where artisanal tradition meets the unique character of the local terroir. Distilled exclusively from selected barley malt, this whisky expresses a rich and complex aromatic profile, the result of careful craftsmanship and a calibrated aging that enhances the typical depth of pure malt.

On the nose, intense notes of toasted caramel open up, hints of coffee, and a delicate spiciness, blending with light smoky accents that provide balance and structure. On the palate, the enveloping texture reveals a soft sweetness accompanied by toasted notes and slightly floral nuances, for a long and harmonious finish.

Perfect to be enjoyed neat, this whisky also lends itself to being enhanced with a touch of pure water or paired with dark chocolate-based desserts, to further exalt its complexity and richness.
