On the nose, it opens with intense hints of black pepper, cinnamon, and a touch of honey, accompanied by light hints of dried fruit. On the palate, it reveals a full and warm body, with a perfect balance between the characteristic spiciness of rye and buttery sweetness, culminating in a persistent and spicy finish.
It pairs beautifully with smoked meat dishes, aged cheeses, and classic cocktails such as the Manhattan, highlighting the versatility of this craft whisky.

Distillation
Grain-to-glass production with a Vendome column for the base spirit; a hybrid still (~1,500 L) is used for some whiskey finishing stages and a pot still (~150 L) for the gin. Small-batch production.
Ageing
Aging in charred American oak barrels for bourbon and rye expressions; some releases use air-dried or new, charred American oak; there are finishes in ex-tequila, ex-rum and ex-vermouth casks for particular releases.
