The Whisky Single Barrel 85% Maiz Morado Sierra Norte represents an artisanal excellence, born from a careful production process that enhances purple corn, a native Peruvian variety rich in anthocyanins. This unique distillate stands out for its intense and complex structure, derived from the fermentation and distillation of such a peculiar raw material.

The production area of Sierra Norte offers an ideal terroir, with climatic conditions that enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the fermented corn. On the nose, sweet and enveloping scents emerge, with notes of dark berries, vanilla, and light spices, while on the palate it is smooth, full-bodied, and persistent, with an elegant aftertaste that recalls the earthy and mineral character of purple corn.

Perfect to enjoy neat or accompanied by a cigar, this whisky also pairs well with dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses, offering a unique and authentic sensory experience.
