The Whisky Single Farm Ballyroe 1.1 of Waterford is born in the heart of County Waterford, Ireland, a region renowned for its precision agriculture and attention to the land. This distillate is the result of a careful selection of barley grown directly on local farms, from which it takes the name "Single Farm," an authentic expression of its land of origin. The processing follows artisanal methods, combining tradition and innovation at every stage of distillation, which helps preserve the aromas and characteristics of the malt.

The aging takes place in oak barrels that previously held fine wines, giving the whisky a refined balance between sweetness, notes of vanilla, and light spicy and citrus nuances. On the palate, it is soft and complex, with a clean and persistent finish, ideal for those who enjoy exploring the aromatic depth of Irish single malt productions.

Perfect to enjoy neat or with a splash of water to release all its nuances, it pairs well with white meat dishes or delicate desserts, thus enhancing the tasting experience with a touch of territorial elegance.
