The aging in precious woods, a distinctive feature of TER Lignum, imparts intense notes of vanilla, sweet spices, and light smoky hints, a perfect balance between softness and vigor. On the nose, aromas of dried fruit and toasted wood emerge, while on the palate the experience is enveloping, with a persistent and harmonious aftertaste. This whisky, belonging to a quality mountain denomination, elegantly tells the alpine territory through every sip.
Ideal to enjoy neat or with an ice cube, it pairs magnificently with dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses, uniquely and memorably enhancing their organoleptic characteristics.

Distillation
Predominant use of discontinuous copper stills; vacuum distillation in the still "Luisa" for certain products; declared double distillation for the rum; maceration for liqueurs.
Ageing
Variable aging: some spirits remain in stainless steel (e.g. certain fruit spirits), others (e.g. R74 Aged) mature for years in wooden barrels; the technique depends on the individual product.
