Uigedail is born from a blend of whiskeys aged for over 10 years in barrels that contained Bourbon and subsequently, after blending, it is left to rest further in wooden barrels that previously contained Sherry. Once maturation is complete, the whiskey is bottled without being cold filtered.
A Single Malt with a bright golden yellow color. The olfactory examination reveals a harmony of citrus aromas and salty memories, peaty notes on a background of dried fruit nuances.
On the palate it proves to be a distillate with great structure, dense and full-bodied which represents the spearhead of Ardbeg production. A portentous and complex sip, characterized by a clear flavor of iodine and peat for true connoisseurs.

Double distillation in pot stills with a purifier on the spirit still (an apparatus that increases reflux and helps balance the phenolic profile).
Ageing
