The place of origin, although unspecified, suggests a meticulous and high-quality production method, typical of contemporary distilleries aiming to enhance distinctive characteristics through the use of alternative woods. The nose reveals toasted and spicy notes, accompanied by sweet hints of vanilla and caramel, while the palate offers a enveloping smoothness with a long, slightly citrusy finish.
Ideal to enjoy neat or with a splash of water to enhance its aromas, it pairs well with cigars and desserts based on dark chocolate or dried fruit, expressing its versatility and character at their best.

Ageing
First traditional maturation (minimum 3 years for the selected releases), followed by a second maturation/finishing in Martinique in a tropical climate for indicated periods of about 2–4 years; use of agricole rum barrels and French oak casks to rapidly extract aromas and concentrate the organoleptic profile.
