Ageing
First traditional maturation (minimum 3 years for the selected releases), followed by a second maturation/finishing in Martinique in a tropical climate for indicated periods of about 2–4 years; use of agricole rum barrels and French oak casks to rapidly extract aromas and concentrate the organoleptic profile.
