The Zibibbo DOC Sentivento by Abraxas in a 50 cl bottle offers an immediate, lively aromatic profile typical of the variety. Visually it shows a bright straw-yellow color; on the nose there are white flowers, citrus peel and light notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, with a subtle hint of aromatic herbs. On the palate it displays balanced freshness and salinity, a lean body and a pleasant persistence that invites another sip without being overpowering.

It is best served young and cool, ideally between 8 and 10 °C in a wide glass to highlight the primary aromas. It pairs simply with uncomplicated fish dishes, salads, delicate raw starters, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses; it also works well as an aperitif. Suitable for those seeking an everyday white with aromatic character and easy drinkability, for informal moments and convivial occasions.
