The winemaking process is careful to preserve freshness and varietal aroma, with aging that enhances its softness and pleasant sapidity. It presents a bright golden color and an elegant bouquet, able to excite both in moments of meditation and paired with fruit-based desserts, dry pastries, or blue cheeses.
