Small‑batch production: base of organic neutral wheat alcohol, maceration/infusion of the Italian botanicals and subsequent vacuum distillation using a rotary evaporator to preserve aromas; alcohol strength adjusted with alpine spring water; local manual bottling.

Producer history Engine

The project was conceived by entrepreneur Paolo Dalla Mora and debuted on the international market in 2021 with support/distribution from entities of the Illva Saronno / Disaronno International group. The product was developed and bottled in small series in the Alta Langa area of Piedmont. According to commercial profiles, the brand/company (ENGINE S.R.L.) underwent ownership changes at the end of 2023.
