Gerlando was born from the rediscovery of an old family recipe; founders Daniele Scivoli and Chiara Cinnirella started an artisanal production based on cold macerations and infusions of fresh herbs and spices, working the product manually and preserving traditional methods in preparation and bottling.

Artisanal and transparent production: use of fresh ingredients, no additives (no preservatives, colorants, caramel or added natural flavorings) and attention to authenticity and the preservation of aromas through cold macerations.
