Cultivation on Terra Estate (extensive cane acreage), processing in a modern mill (Terra Milling) that produces both cane juice and molasses. Fermentation with proprietary yeasts for about 35 hours; distillation mainly with a 20‑plate Coffey still and a 17‑plate rectifying column (can produce distillate up to 94% ABV). Ageing in the cellar with barrels filled at around 65% ABV, blending and bottling without chill filtration to preserve flavours.

Continuous distillation: 20‑plate Coffey still and 17‑plate rectifying column; capability to vary congeners to obtain lighter or fuller rums.

Cellar ageing with barrels filled at around 65% ABV, progressive dilution over time, monitored by the Cellar Master; bottles often non‑chill filtered.
