Production method
According to producers/suppliers, the still-unripe walnut husks are harvested in June, cut and macerated in alcohol. After infusion the mixture is separated from solids, pressed to extract the infusion, decanted/refined in stainless steel tanks and combined with water, sugar, alcohol and spices; a period of bottle maturation follows before commercialisation.
