Horrible delivery times and packing.

Waited over three weeks for items to arrive after paying £50 for 48-72hour delivery. No updates as to where item was but turns out the customs form hadn’t been filled in correctly from bottle of Italy and they were held at customs. When they arrived three bottles were missing and only after I quoted this they advised my parcel had been damaged in transit and a replacement box provided by the courier. No mention of any missing or damaged bottles prior to this.
