Geschichte des Weinguts Bertani

Das von der Familie Bertani in der zweiten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts gegründete Weingut blickt auf eine lange Tradition in der Valpolicella und in der Produktion trockener Weine sowie von Appassimento-Weinen zurück. Zum historischen Anwesen gehört die Villa Mosconi in Novare di Arbizzano di Negrar, ein historischer Sitz, der mit der Entstehung und Bewahrung vieler lokaler weinbaulicher Praktiken verbunden ist. Bertani verfügt über eine lange Reihe historischer Jahrgänge und hat zur Prägung des Amarone-Stils in der Region beigetragen.

Produktionsphilosophie

Das Terroir zur Geltung bringen und dabei einen stimmigen Stil bewahren: Respekt vor dem Ort, stilistische Konsequenz und geduldige Produktionsweise. Das Weingut vereint Tradition und Forschung und setzt auf Weine, die sich durch Identität und Langlebigkeit auszeichnen.

Terroir und Weinberge

Das Produktionsgebiet konzentriert sich auf die Valpolicella Classica und die Valpantena. Das Weingut nutzt historische, mit der Tenuta Novare / Villa Mosconi verbundene Weinberge und wendet traditionelle Appassimento-Techniken für Recioto- und Amarone-Weine an.
