The Satrico Lazio IGT from Casale del Giglio is a white wine that pays tribute to the poetic nature of the Lazio region. Grown in the captivating territory south of Rome, this wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Trebbiano Giallo grapes, which together create a distinctive and richly nuanced aromatic profile.

With its bright straw-yellow color, the Satrico offers a lively and inviting bouquet on the nose. The initial notes are of fresh fruits such as peach and citrus, followed by floral nuances and a light herbal touch that adds freshness. On the palate, the attack is soft but well-supported by a lively acidity that gives the wine a beautiful freshness and a lingering length. The complexity of the aromas blends with a balanced structure, making this white versatile and pleasantly drinkable.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Satrico pairs beautifully with light appetizers, seafood dishes, and fresh cheeses. Its elegance and balance also make it ideal to accompany a dinner based on fish or baked chicken.

Casale del Giglio, known for its innovation and experimentation in winemaking, has leveraged the uniqueness of the Lazio terroir to create a wine that fully expresses the typicality and authenticity of the region. The tasting experience of Satrico Lazio IGT will be a sensory journey that transports every connoisseur to discover the unique qualities of a territory rich in wine history. With its 375ml format, it is also the perfect choice for those who wish to enjoy an excellent white wine on more intimate or casual occasions.
