Cenere Rosso from Cuore di Marchesa shows a balanced alcohol profile and a defined personality without excess. In the glass it displays a ruby color with lively highlights; on the nose it offers impressions of ripe red fruit, slightly spicy notes and a mineral thread that contributes to aromatic clarity. The palate is soft and fluid, with present but smoothed tannins and freshness that supports drinkability, maintaining a good balance between body and liveliness. The persistence is pleasant, with a finish that recalls fruity hints and a light sapidity.

It pairs well with a variety of dishes: excellent with red meat, savory sauces and semi-firm cheeses, while also standing up to more rustic or grilled preparations. Serve at about 16–18°C, optionally decant briefly to open the aromas. Ideal for everyday consumption and for those seeking a versatile, approachable red; for further commercial details consult the seller's product page. Store in a cool, dark place.
