Produced on the slopes of Etna, a wine-growing area that combines high altitudes and unique volcanic climates, the Etna Rosato DOC Cuore di Marchesa expresses the vitality of the territory with refined naturalness. Made primarily with the Nerello Mascalese grape variety, this rosé is characterized by its pale pink color, which recalls the delicacy of peach blossoms in spring.

On the nose, it opens with scents of fresh strawberry, cherry, and a hint of mineral notes typical of volcanic soil, while on the palate it offers a perfect balance between freshness and a pleasant sapidity, with smooth tannins and a persistent, harmonious finish. The brief aging in steel preserves its fruity exuberance and floral fragrance.

Ideal to accompany seafood appetizers, fish dishes, and white meats, this rosé embodies the essence of eastern Sicily in every sip.
