The Chardonnay IGT from Casale Del Giglio presents itself as a clear, pleasant white wine, aimed at those who value immediacy and clean expression. It shows straw-colored highlights; on the nose it offers aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus and light floral nuances. On the palate it is marked by measured freshness, with balanced acidity and a central softness that does not overpower the overall picture. The body is medium, the structure well defined without excess, and the clean finish highlights a slight sapidity.

It is suited to immediate, everyday drinking, pairing with fish dishes, light starters, white meats and fresh cheeses; it also works as an aperitif wine for those who prefer unobtrusive profiles. Serving it chilled is recommended to enhance its delicate aromas. For those wishing to try it in different contexts, its versatility makes it easy to match and to offer on many informal occasions.
