Descrizione

This Kalterersee Alto Adige DOC from Erste+Neue shows a bright ruby red color and a moderately intense aromatic profile. On the nose there are notes of red fruits, light floral hints and a touch of delicate spice; the structure is slender with moderate tannins and balanced acidity that supports the sip without weighing it down. On the palate the aromas are confirmed, offering a fresh, easy flow and a clean, pleasantly persistent finish.

Suitable for everyday drinking and informal meals, it pairs with cured meats, fresh cheeses, light meat dishes and tomato-based preparations. Serve slightly cool at around 14–16 °C to highlight its drinkability; it can be enjoyed in the months following purchase but does not call for long aging. It also goes well with pizza, tomato-sauce pasta and simple risottos; brief aeration in the glass can soften the lines of younger wines.
