This Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC from Erste+Neue offers a fragrant, lean profile, typical of the variety in its regional expression. On the nose there are hints of small red fruits, cherry and discreet floral notes, accompanied by light spicy touches. On the palate it shows an elegant texture, with lively acidity and soft tannins that support the drinkability without overpowering it.

It pairs well with charcuterie and soft cheeses, poultry dishes and mushroom-based recipes; it is also pleasant as an everyday wine. Before serving, it is advisable to open the bottle and let the wine rest a few minutes in the glass to allow the aromas to open. Store in a cool place away from heat sources. Its structure and freshness also make it accessible to those who seek lighter wines with character.
