Matidia Cesanese IGT from Casale Del Giglio is a red wine that expresses the character of Cesanese under the IGT classification. Visually it shows a bright ruby; on the nose it offers a profile suggesting small red fruits, light floral notes and spicy hints, without excess. The aromatic profile is direct and clean, favoring freshness and immediacy rather than complex structures. The drinking experience is immediate and pleasant, aimed at those seeking a frank and measured profile.

On the palate it proves balanced, with tannins present but not intrusive and a medium-bodied structure that supports the finish. It is a versatile wine, suitable for everyday meals or convivial tables: pairs well with cured meats and fresh cheeses, pasta with rustic sauce, white meats and traditional dishes without excessive elaboration. A cool serving temperature and a not-too-large glass are recommended to appreciate its freshness and simplicity.
