The Rosso IGT Petit Verdot from Casale Del Giglio shows an intense, deep color, typical of the Petit Verdot variety. On the nose it offers notes of ripe dark fruit, balsamic hints and a touch of spice; the aromatic profile remains balanced and not overpowering. On the palate it displays solid structure, pronounced but well-integrated tannins and a freshness that supports the sip, with a persistent, pleasant finish. The purple matrix is accompanied by light herbal nuances that complete the profile.

It pairs well with hearty dishes such as red meats and aged cheeses, but can also accompany mushroom-based preparations or flavorful sauces. Moderate serving temperature and a large glass enhance its aromatic characteristics. For those who prefer riper wines, it can be cellared for a while; those who wish to drink it immediately will find it already expressive. It is also suitable for everyday drinking for those seeking substance without excess. Specific technical information is not reported on the product label.
