Pure Nero d'Avola already over 6 years old. Produced through spontaneous fermentation in cement tanks, with a 10-day maceration. It is subsequently divided into two parts, one of which is aged for a year in barrels and the remaining part in steel, and then mixed.
Intense ruby red colour, with enveloping and penetrating hints of berries. On the sip, after a long decantation, it has a long persistence with soft tannins and an excellent balance of acidity which makes it a truly appreciated wine.
Stupendous red glass, combined with slow and complex dinners.
