Bayamore comes from a blend of white grapes Chardonnay, Inzolia and Viognier, grape varieties symbolizing the aromaticity of Western Sicily that guarantee an intriguing and unique taste.
Each single grape variety brings with it something special: the fresh fruitiness for the Chardonnay, the balsamic notes for the Inzolia, and the floral scents for the Viognier. All this is accentuated by a three-month refinement on the noble lees with daily stirring to best extract the aromatic structure and body. The final result is a great white wine, one of a kind, managed down to the smallest detail right from the vineyard; a wine certainly loved from the first sip by passionate winelovers.
In the glass you can admire its straw yellow color with bright greenish reflections. The nose inebriates with fresh hints of tropical and exotic fruit, aromas of ripe white melon blended with faint hints of honeysuckle and hints of jasmine, on a background of aromatic Mediterranean herbs. The taste is enveloping, rather savory and fresh, with a marked personality, very tasty and a long aromatic persistence.
Perfect with first and second seafood dishes and excellent with spaghetti with white rabbit ragout.
