This still red wine is produced in the Corona area, whose strongly mineral soils are perfect for the Cabernet Sauvignon vines. The black berries of this vine are among the most famous in the world and come from a cross between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc. The production of this Cabernet Sauvignon begins with the fermentation of the skins for 10 days at 25°-26°, then continues with two refinements: one on noble lees for 8 months and one for 3 months in the bottle.
At sight it is of an intense ruby red, while the nose will be hit by herbaceous and berry notes. When tasted it is harmonious and tannic at the right point.
Cabernet Sauvignon is to be savored accompanied delicate, moist, stewed and braised red meats.
