Charme Rosè is a sparkling wine produced by the Firriato winery, with grapes from Sicilian indigenous vines. The primary objective always adopted by the company is to select the most suitable terroirs to enhance all the characteristics of each variety bred.
The native red grape varieties used give unique aromas. After soft pressing and a short maceration on the skins, fermentation is carried out directly in an autoclave in order to obtain the delicate effervescence and lively perlage that characterizes the tasting.
At the sight it turns out a delicate and bright pink color. On the nose there are fruity hints of red fruits among which plum, pomegranate, tamarind, strawberry and raspberry stand out, followed by floral aromas of rose, geranium, freesia and cyclamen. In the mouth there is a pleasant fresh sensation, accentuated by the creamy effervescence. A full-bodied sip that gives an elegant tannic profile in the finish.
Excellent aperitif glass, perfect to combine with delicate cold cuts and margherita pizza.
