Kerner is a white wine produced with grapes from the native vine of the same name, born in Germany in the 1930s from a cross between Schiava and Riesling. The vineyards bear fruit wonderfully on the sunny alluvial slopes located at high altitudes between 600 and 950m above sea level, ripening is late so it has the opportunity to acquire body and intense aromas.
The vinification is carried out by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with maturation on the lees always in steel, without malolactic fermentation.
In the glass it shows a beautiful straw yellow color. Perfumes composed of a large bouquet arrive on the nose, with fresh and intense hints, with fruity and spicy aromas. All its aromaticity explodes in the mouth, with tasty fruity aromas of peach and apricot, and a right acidity.
Excellent tasted as an aperitif, perfect with fish appetizers, seafood first courses and grilled or stewed fish.
