Sylvaner produced by the Valle Isarco winery is a great expression of this vine originally from Germany. It was brought to Italy at the beginning of the 1900s where it found its perfect habitat on the well-ventilated and sunny slopes, not too high up, of the middle Valle Isarco.
The vinification involves fermentation at a controlled temperature and maturation on the noble lees in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation.
The olfactory profile pervades with pleasant and fresh aromas, where the fruity hints of apple, peach and ripe apricot prevail. In the mouth the taste is dry and fresh, with a very elegant persistent aroma.
Perfect as an aperitif, excellent in combination with fish appetizers and land appetizers, suitable to accompany vegetable first courses, grilled fish and vegetarian dishes.
