Etna Rosato comes from Nerello Mascalese grapes processed in purity. A wine that combines fruity notes with the rich and articulated nuances given by the lava soils of the Great Volcano. A rosé full of freshness and fragrance, with a generous dose of juiciness and minerality. A product of Etna from 10 and praise!
The color is a charming delicate and bright cherry pink. The olfactory bouquet is interesting and refined starting from the aromas of raspberry and pomegranate, followed by mineral nuances. On the palate, the same freshness of the nose is found, with a pleasant and harmonious, persistent and savory sip.
A wine that is very versatile in combinations from aperitifs to fish-based dishes in general. Try it with swordfish and bottarga spaccatelle.
