The Müller Thurgau of the Cantina Valle Isarco is born on sunny slopes at an altitude between 500 and 950 m above sea level, high altitudes that this grape variety prefers. A crossing of Riesling and Madeleine Royale created in Germany at the end of the 19th century, a territory that guarantees good temperature ranges, between warm days and cool nights; this particularly enhances the typical notes of freshness and aromatic richness.
In the cellar, the wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and maturation on the noble lees, always in steel, without malolactic fermentation.
The nose comes with intense aromas defined by floral and spicy aromas of elderflower and nutmeg. On the palate it is extremely fresh and decisive, it is very pleasant.
A perfect glass to sip as an aperitif, excellent with fish and land appetizers. Ideal with seafood and grilled fish.
