This drink comes from the pure vinification of grapes from 100% Pinot Grigio owned vineyards, grown in the classic area of Alto Adige Valle Isarco. The vinification and fermentation are carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with maturation on the lees always in steel. Absence of malolactic fermentation.
In the glass it shows a beautiful bright golden yellow color. The olfactory scent opens on the nose with an elegant bouquet of fresh fruit, embellished with delicious notes of bitter almond. The taste is in perfect harmony, between full body and perfectly balanced acidity.
An ideal wine to accompany appetizers and first courses, perfect in combination with dishes based on mushrooms, fish and seafood.
