The Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso Friuli DOC of Ca Modeano is born in a territory rich in winemaking tradition, where the mild climate and hilly soils favor the full expression of this native grape variety. This wine stands out for its intense ruby red color, accompanied by aromas of ripe forest fruits, dark cherries, and light notes of spices and earth, typical of Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso.

On the palate, it is balanced, with well-defined but soft tannins, and a pleasant freshness that facilitates drinking, leaving a persistent and clean aftertaste. The aging, generally carried out in steel or partly in wood, preserves the varietal characteristics and territorial identity, giving the wine an elegant and versatile structure.

Perfect paired with red meat dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses, this Refosco authentically tells the story of Friuli, a terroir capable of enhancing the best of Italian native grape varieties.
