Ribolla Gialla IGT by Berto&Fiorella is a white wine made from the eponymous grape. Pale straw in color, it offers a fresh, approachable nose with hints of white flowers, ripe citrus, green apple and subtle herbal notes. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with a lively acidity that supports its drinkability; the structure is balanced, medium-bodied, and the persistence pleasant — the clean finish encourages uncomplicated, everyday enjoyment.

It pairs well with light seafood dishes, cold starters, salads and fresh cheeses; it works particularly well with summer preparations and moderately salty foods. Recommended serving temperature is around 8-10 °C to enhance aromas and drinkability. Also suitable for aperitifs and informal brunches; serve in a white wine glass to showcase the aromas. A label to approach with simplicity, ideal for those seeking a versatile white without expectations of long aging.
