The harvest is done manually, and when fully ripe of the grapes, the latter is grown in compliance with the biological balance of the vineyard, through low yields per vine. Thanks to this, there is a reduction in the environmental impact given a lower use of fertilizers and pesticides, and a great benefit to the quality of the grapes and our existence.
The vinification is in white at low temperature, preceded by cold maceration on the skins, in order to extract and enhance the primary aromas and aromas of the grapes. Subsequently, dAfter a long stay on the lees and fermentation yeasts, the wine is bottled and refined a few months before being marketed.
In the glass it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The bouquet is characterized by the ttypical hints of yellow pulp fruits and exotic fruits, typical of the vine. On the palate it is wide and inviting, aromatic and with a long finish to be enjoyed right down to the last drop. A white of quality that fully stands out its qualities in combination with elaborate fish-based appetizers, seafood salads, boiled or baked fine fish.
