Elegant and dry, this Pas Dosé from Alto Adige by Kettmeir shows very fine bubbles and a bright pale colour. The aromatic profile leans more toward freshness than power: lemon zest, green apple and a hint of white flowers alternate with a subtle mineral thread that gives clarity to the sip without weighing it down. The absence of dosage showcases the wine’s character and puts the vibrant acidity front and center, guiding the wine with precision and giving a lean, coherent harmony.

On the palate it is savory and lively, with a texture that favors cleanliness and pleasant persistence rather than excessive roundness; the finish leaves an almost saline memory and a slight return of fresh fruit. It works well as a quality aperitif and as a companion to raw fish dishes, crustaceans and light starters, but also stands up to delicate vegetarian preparations. Serve well chilled, in glasses that showcase the fine effervescence.
