Winery history Antolini

The Antolini family has been cultivating vines on the hills of Valpolicella since 1992. Brothers Pier Paolo and Stefano manage the family vineyards in Marano di Valpolicella, San Pietro in Cariano and Negrar. The modern winery was built in the early 2000s and includes areas dedicated to grape drying, stainless-steel tanks for winemaking, and underground cellars for aging in casks and barriques.

Production philosophy

The winery aims to showcase indigenous grape varieties and the local terroir by avoiding trends and limiting the use of pesticides. It employs targeted/integrated pest management, hand harvesting and traditional techniques where possible, preserving the identity and typicity of its wines.

Terroir and vineyards

Vineyards located in Valpolicella Classica at 150–350 metres above sea level. Soils are predominantly clay, and the vines are often cultivated on marogne, creating temperature variations that favour aromatic ripening.
