Winery history Domaine Vincent Carême

Vincent Carême founded the estate in 1999 on roughly 5 hectares. In 2004 the property acquired the "Clos" with ancient troglodytic cellars dating from the 16th century; over time the vineyards expanded to around 24 hectares. Since 2013, in collaboration with Tania, the winemaking project has also extended to South Africa with a label called "Terre Brûlée."

Production philosophy

The estate prioritizes respect for the terroir through certified organic viticulture, hand harvesting, the use of indigenous yeasts and winemaking designed to express the uniqueness of each vineyard parcel.
