The Trebbiano DOC BIO "Nubivago" from the renowned Poggio della Dogana winery represents an excellent example of how tradition and organic practices can merge to create a wine of pure sensory pleasure. Certified organic, this wine is produced following rigorous environmental standards that preserve the purity and authenticity of its terroir of origin.

With a straw yellow color and greenish reflections, "Nubivago" offers a very fine aromatic bouquet, with clear notes of fresh fruit such as peach and citrus, followed by floral hints of hawthorn and lavender. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a balanced acidity that makes it particularly drinkable and inviting to the next sip.

Vinified exclusively with Trebbiano grapes, a vine that finds an ideal habitat in the temperate climate of the region, this wine maintains a pure character and integrity that are reflected in every glass. The fermentation occurs in stainless steel containers to preserve the natural aromatic qualities of the grapes, followed by a short aging also in steel.

Perfect to serve as an aperitif, "Nubivago" pairs beautifully with fish-based dishes, seafood, and white meats. It is also an excellent companion for lightly spiced foods or delicate vegetarian dishes.

With its intrinsic freshness and respect for the environment demonstrated by its organic certification, the Trebbiano DOC BIO "Nubivago" from Poggio della Dogana is the ideal choice for those who seek in wine a combination of quality, naturalness, and responsibility towards nature.
