The Sangiovese DOC BIO Brisighella by Poggio della Dogana, produced by the Arlesiana estate, is a true gem for enthusiasts of organic wines. This wine comes from the hills of Brisighella, an area known for its ideal microclimate and rich soils that impart unique characteristics to the local grape varieties.

Grown using organic methods, without the use of pesticides or chemicals, the Sangiovese DOC BIO reflects a commitment to sustainability and care for the terroir. On the nose, it stands out for its intense aromatic profile, with dominant notes of cherry and ripe berries, enhanced by nuances of aromatic herbs and light spices, typical of Sangiovese.

On the palate, the wine presents a balanced structure, characterized by soft tannins and a lively acidity that promotes freshness. The flavors of red fruit blend with touches of vanilla and black pepper, a legacy of careful aging in oak barrels that adds complexity without overpowering the fresh expressiveness of the grape variety.

With its bright ruby-red color, the Sangiovese DOC BIO Brisighella is an elegant and versatile wine, ideal for pairing with Italian dishes, such as tagliatelle with ragù or meat roasts. Furthermore, its organic certification makes it an excellent choice for those who prefer products that respect the environment and promote biodiversity.

Ultimately, this Sangiovese is an authentic and respectful expression of the Brisighella territory, making it a must for those wishing to explore the richness of Italian wine made with passion and ecological responsibility.
