The Merlot Terre Siciliane IGT of Feudi del Pisciotto is born in the heart of Sicily, a land kissed by the sun and rich in winemaking tradition. This Merlot, an international grape variety but expressed with the unique personality of the Sicilian territory, best expresses its characteristic softness and aromatic intensity.

The wine presents itself with a deep ruby color and a fragrant bouquet where notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and plum, intertwine, enriched by delicate spicy aromas and light balsamic hints. On the palate, the structure is enveloping with silky tannins and a persistent finish that enhances the complexity of the grape variety. This Merlot of Feudi del Pisciotto, carefully aged to preserve its freshness and balance, represents a harmonious encounter between tradition and modernity.

Excellent pairing with roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses, it is an ideal companion for a cuisine rich in Mediterranean flavors.
