Il Passito Terre Siciliane IGT di Feudi del Pisciotto embodies the elegance and expressive richness of the Sicilian winemaking tradition. Obtained from carefully dried grapes, typically Grillo or other native varieties, this sweet wine enhances the peculiarities of the cultivation territory, where the Mediterranean climate and marine soils contribute to optimal ripening. The aging, often carried out in steel or wooden barrels to preserve freshness and aromatic complexity, provides a harmonious balance between softness and deep intensity.

On the nose, it reveals enveloping scents of dried figs, wildflower honey, and candied citrus, while the palate is caressed by refined sweetness and a pleasant persistence that invites further tastings. Perfect paired with dry pastries, blue cheeses, or as a wine for meditation, this passito is a precious expression of the Sicilian enological heritage.
