Grillo Sicilia DOC by Feudi del Pisciotto is born in the splendid land of Sicily, where the native Grillo grape expresses its Mediterranean elegance at its best. This white wine is characterized by a rich and refined bouquet, dominated by notes of white flowers, fresh citrus, and a slight mineral nuance that reflects the sunny and windy terroir of production. The vinification is carried out with care to preserve freshness and structure, while the aging takes place in steel to keep the aromas intact with a touch of sapidity.

On the palate, Grillo by Feudi del Pisciotto is harmonious, vibrant, with a perfect balance between acidity and softness, ideal to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, and summer vegetable-based dishes. A white wine that celebrates the richness of the Sicilian territory and the winemaking tradition of DOC Sicilia.
