The Frappato Sicilia DOC of Feudi del Pisciotto is a wine that embodies the sunny and Mediterranean essence of Sicily. Obtained from the native Frappato grape, cultivated in the mineral-rich lands of the Vittoria area, this red stands out for its fresh and vibrant aromatic profile. The wine is characterized by intense aromas of cherry, wild strawberries, and light floral notes, accompanied by an elegant spiciness that enhances its complexity.

The winemaking method involves fermentation in steel with temperature control, preserving the purity of the aromas and the freshness of the fruit, while the brief aging in steel maintains its liveliness and immediacy. On the palate, it is slender, soft, with a pleasant acidity that favors an agile and harmonious drinkability.

Perfect with fish dishes and Mediterranean cuisine, the Frappato of Feudi del Pisciotto is an invitation to discover authentic Sicily, thanks to a natural balance between terroir, grape variety, and winemaking tradition.
